Stolen from a shed at The HIghlanders public house, a brown horse, aged 8 [illegible], short mane, switch tail, rather thick hind legs, had on a saddle and bridle, property of Mr Frederick Janes of 61 Duke Street, Luton, horse dealer

Stolen from a meadow at Moat Farm Biscot near Leagrave Beds on night of 20th Inst about 60 chickens value 2/- each various breeds and colours some dark, some white and some speckled.
