Mr Burton of Hatfield Broad Oak mistakenly took a horse belonging to Mr R. Clark of Woodside Green from the Red Lion pub. He returned the animal to its owner after realising the error.

Whilst on duty in Bishop’s Stortford, the Sergeant saw a Horse and Cart belonging to Ann Tant of Berden Essex left unattended on Potter Street and reported the issue.

Daniel Samford, age 29 from Bishop’s Stortford, was served a summons for drunken behaviour. Ann Tant, 55 from Berden Essex was also served a summons for leaving a horse and cart unattended.
