Details were circulated of two violent incidents. Firstly a revolver was fired at a Hitchin Constable when he tried to stop a motorcyclist in Highbury Road, fortunately they missed the Officer and the offender escaped. Secondly a Railway Signalman was attacked and left unconscious by two men armed with a knife at Northchurch.

Details were circulated for a man wanted for causing Grevious Bodily Harm to PS Lee and other Officers.

A gold ladies watch was lost whilst the owner attended the fair. It was later found and returned to the owner.
30 Jun 1915
An inmate of the Buntingford Inebriates Home was found dead with his throat cut. At the Inquest the following day the conclusion was that he had cut his own throat whilst of unsound mind.
