PC Smith attended the Petty Sessions at Bishops Stortford held in the Corn Exchange where he gave evidence before the Reverend F Vander-Meulen Magistrate in the case against Christopher Bailey a prisoner charged with being drunk in North Street on Sunday 4th June. Fined 16 shillings including costs.
