The officer gave evidence against William Prior for drunk and disorderly behaviour on May 25, as well as Arthur White, Walter Matthews and Henry Marfleet, charged with causing a disturbance and assaulting the officer on May 26. The officer also received a warrant of apprehension against John Watts.

The officer attended Bishop’s Stortford Petty Sessions to give evidence against Edward Silvester, landlord of the Nags Head in Hockerill, the case of whom was dismissed. The officer also conveyed prisoners to Cambridge prison.
