Attended Much Hadham bench to give evidence against Fredrick Wallace, Fredrick Ettridge and Thomas Perry, all fined for being drunk and disorderly, and Peter Dellow, who was charged with attempting to hang himself.

While patrolling Hadham Ford at 10am, the officer noticed that a clay hut had been burned down during the night of November 5th 1889. The property belonged to Mr Gillet and was uninsured.
