Leonard Mount, age 36 to 40, height 5ft 10, Roman nose, black hair, moustache & whiskers shaved a little at sides. Wearing khaki coloured jacket suit, black vest, hat, black boots. This man was noticed to be strange in his manner on Friday night.Police officer
