Wood To: All Stations Stolen by means of housebreaking at Watford the [this] afternoon, the property of Alfred James Moore, 3 gold rings, one set with diamond, one with blue stones & with imitation of pearls around, the whole valued at £4, also a purse containing about 15/-. This offence was no doubt committed by a man of the following description: age 30 to 35, height about 5 ft 7, dark moustache [moustache], sallow complexion. Dress – dark clothes, dark bowler hat .Police officer
