From: Supt. Hassall To: All Stations Wanted for being concerned with another man in custody for stealing a coat on the 30th inst. Recovered. Henry Marsh, a native of Cambridge. A travelling man & umbrella mender, aged about 30, 5 feet 9, fair moustache, dressed in rather light old jacket suit, light soft felt hat. Carries a workman’s basket on shoulder in which are a few tools. Has served in the 12th Lancers & has in his possession Pedlars Certificate issued at Chertsey in April last. Arrested.Police officer
