Copy of Route[?] from DCC of Herts, Hitchin, 30^th Jany. 1902 Wanted on Warrants at Hitchin, Herts charged with wilfully and with intent to defraud the Registrar of the County Court at Hitchin, Herts the following sums of money which had been paid over to him for the above court viz: 31^st December 1901 £39.0.7 2^nd January 1902 £18.1.0 he having been employed in the capacity of a clerk to the said Registrar, Sidney F Pangbourne, a native of Hitchin, Herts, age about 20 years, height about 5ft 7ins, medium build, complexion fresh, eyes grey (usually wears glasses), hair light brown, clean shaven, nose very prominent. Usually dresses in a dark jacket suit (trousers rather tight in legs), Raglan coat, light plaid check cap, brown boots, & wears a gold signet ring on one hand with initials SFP, and a small gold chain across front of waistcoat. Please cause enquiries to be made and if found, arrest and wire to DCC of Herts.
