Burglary Hitchin Suspect

From Deputy Chief Constable to All Stations – Referring to my message re housebreaking the following is a description of a man suspected on tramp age 30, 5 ft 10, dark moustache otherwise clean shaven, of smart appearance, wearing aa peak cap, blue coat, black neckerchief and light trousers, carrying a bag under arm, was seen on road between Hitchin and Stevenage this morning going in direction of London accompanied by another man.
