From: Supt. Wood Wanted on warrant for obtaining £300 by false pretences, monies of Thomas Davis at Watford on 23 Jany. 1902, Edward Rhodes, age about 35, % ft 10 or 11, hair dark brown, eyes dark, complexion sallow, abscess scar right side of mouth, high cheekbones, heavy dark moustache and slight side whiskers which now may be shaved off, medium build, walks erect, has the appearance of a dealer, generally wears a square flet hat, has either a long grey waterproof or short grey or fawn overcoat, trousers with gaiters. This man is a horse dealer but has carried on business as a dairyman. Is accompanied by his wife, age about 38, % ft 5, hair, eyes and complexion dark, medium build, speaks with a strong Irish accent. Please cause enquiries to be made.Police officer
