Wanted on Warrant charged with stealing a bicycle a man giving the name of Hanley Bill and Harold Edwards of Hazelmere Road Forest Gate London, age about [unreadable Ed.], 5 ft 4 or 5, slight build, brown hair, fair complexion, wears glasses, dress bluish flannel suit with thin stripes, dark cap, white shoes, clips on trousers, he appears to be well educated and stays at good Hotels which he robs, left Lydd Kent on 22nd Inst with another stolen bicycle, if found arrest and wire to Superintendent Holands Sebrook Hythe.
