PC Milton served a summons on William Glasscock in Albury. He also served notices for the Transfer of (Liquor Ed.) Licenses and for Weights and Measures (At this time there were no Trading Standards Officers and traders who used scales etc. had them checked periodically for their accuracy by the Police Ed.)
