A bad boy

Charles Impey, son of James Impey, of Rabley Heath, who had been remanded for inquiries to be made as to whether he was out of control of his parents, appeared before the Bench, and Inspector Sterry reported that he was utterly beyond his father’s control.

The Bench remanded him to the Workhouse pending a place being found for him in an industrial home.
