At Ware Police Court, on November 5th, John Gould, of Ware, was summoned for driving animals without a light on 22nd October, at 6.40 p.m., on the London Road at Ware.
PC Reed said the defendant was driving 3 horses on this night, which was very foggy, without any light. The defendant was fined 4 shillings.
