Ware man's lorry without lights

Eli DeLozey , 8 Milton Road ,  Ware , a contractor , was summonsed for using a motor-lorry without front or rear lights at Ware on March 10 .

P.s. Saunders said that he went to the house of defendant , who told him he was going to take the lorry to the yard . He had , said witness , kept observation on the lorry for 10 minutes before he went to the house .

Supt. H. Wright said that he had had complaints about the same vehicle being in the same place . Defendant was fined £1 .
