George Tinsley, of Green Tye, Much Hadam, did not appear in answer to a charge of having no light on his bicycle . P.C. Saunders stated that at 10.30 on Sunday, April 14th, he saw the defendant riding in Widford with no lights on his bicycle. He was very abusive and refused to give his name and address . Defendant was fined 10 shillings.
