No red light

At Cheshunt Petty Sessions on Wednesday, James Howard, of White Hall Street, Tottenham, was fined 5 shillings for driving a horse and cart without displaying a red rear light on the cart at 7.30 p.m. on October 12 at Cheshunt.  The Chairman pointed out that under a new order there must be either two front lamps showing a red light behind, or one front lamp with a red light behind, and a red rear lamp.
