Another case – Horace Bradley Cubitt, of 1a, Canning Place, Kensington, pleaded guilty to driving a motor-car at an excessive speed at the same place and on the same day as the previous case. It was stated by the police witness that the defendant was going at the rate of thirty miles an hour, but in this instance the road was clear. A nominal fine of 5 shillings was inflicted.
