At Cheshunt Petty Sessions on Wednesday, James Rowe, of Prospect Road, Cheshunt, was summoned for riding a bicycle without a white front light at 11.20 p.m. on September 24, and was fined 2s. 6d. or five days.

Ronald Brown, of Queen’s Road, Waltham Cross, was summoned for (1) riding a bicycle without a white front light, and (2) without a rear red light at 11.15 p.m. on September 24.  P.c. Armrott proved the case, and the defendant was fined 2s. 6d. or five days on each summons.
