Cyclist towed by motor-lorry

Transcript

Sidney C. Roper , of Standon , was fined 5 shillings for riding a bicycle and  being towed by a motor-lorry at Ware on March 6.

P.c. Ward  proved the case , and the Chairman remarked that if any other cases came before them they would not be dealt with so leniently .
