Cycling on a footpath

Transcript

George Stamp, of Burford Street, Hoddesdon, did not appear to answer a summons for riding a bicycle on the public footpath at Great Amwell, on December 31st.

P.C. Carter stated that on the Sunday afternoon in question he saw the defendant riding a bicycle on the footpath in the Ware Road.

The Bench inflicted a fine of 10 shillings.
