At Bishop’s Stortford Petty Sessions on Thursday, before Colonel G.B. Archer Houblon and other Magistrates, James Watts of Great Hallingbury, was fined 12s. 6d. for driving a cart without lights at Sawbridgeworth, at 2 a.m. on 11th May.
