Transcript

Robert Cook (35), of 8 Davies Street, Hertford, was summoned for permitting the carcasses of five small pigs to be exposed on a manure heap in The Meads so that dogs could get at and devour them, contrary to the Dogs Act, 1906.  He pleaded not guilty.
